Now with Kyle Lowry gone it appears as if Toronto Raptors are the East-Clippers when it comes to Game 1s.
They’re horrible in Game 1s…especially at home. On the road…it doesn’t matter.
If they can drop a Game 1 they’re happy to oblige the curse. Tonight was status quo coupled with a strong Sixers game.
Oddly for the first half the Philadelphia crowd was cautiously excited. So much for #PhilaUnite.
This has less to do with the Raptors; rather a shaky confidence in the Sixers. There’s a distinct lack of (local) belief in this team and their ability to achieve. This might even be a universal sentiment.
Good job Scottie Barnes; his postseason debut. These stats count!
