The Ghost of Kyle Lowry strikes!
How many Game 1s did that loser come up (literally) short? Think he’s 1 for 9, 1 for 10? in Game 1s with the Raptors. (Good Luck Miami Heat!)
That clown even lost to the Magic!
Now with Kyle Lowry gone it appears as if Toronto Raptors are the East-Clippers when it comes to Game 1s.
They’re horrible in Game 1s…especially at home. On the road…it doesn’t matter.
If they can drop a Game 1 they’re happy to oblige the curse. Tonight was status quo coupled with a strong Sixers game.
Oddly for the first half the Philadelphia crowd was cautiously excited. So much for #PhilaUnite.
This has less to do with the Raptors; rather a shaky confidence in the Sixers. There’s a distinct lack of (local) belief in this team and their ability to achieve. This might even be a universal sentiment.
Good job Scottie Barnes; his postseason debut. These stats count!
Evan Mobley’s NBA Postseason debut because the Play-In games are dumb and stupid. These stats don’t count!
Both Rookies were decent, yeah?
Still Raptors should just start every NBA Playoff series down 1. They’re used to it. Game 2 is Monday.
