The annual San Diego Comic Con renowned for nerd debauchery and thin studio approved spoilers/trailers teased this Sherlock Holmes news:
Granted I was initially reluctant with this incarnation of Sherlock; Doyle’s tales are marvelous and wondrous eagerly commanding a freshtastic interpenetration. Reluctance, skepticism and well: I was absorbed with Matt’s Smith delightful Doctor: really my choices felt like romp in London or frolic in the Universe. I dove deep into the Tardis.
Upon my return to Earth I checked out Holmes. By now Steven Moffat was an old and special friend thanks to the good Doctor.
While this trailer doesn’t have me counting the number of sleeps until its Christmas debut I’m happy the gang is reunited like bangers and mash.
In my nod to the big 2 comic book companies: the Homes dynamic duo will also be “assembling” in upcoming Marvel movies.
Martin Freeman is somebody in Captain America: Civil War (google all the rumours if you don’t have hobbies) while Benedict Cumberbatch is Doctor Strange. The Strange casting kinda works, I’m not against it but I’m also not sold either. The Doctor is a special character…like all good Doctors.
Sammy’s Status: So now…as per all online activities norms it’s speculate or wait. I’m happy to wait.
