This short bit accurately captures the specific crazy Hilary and Trump each bring to this election…over 300 million Americans and it’s down to those two? Democrazy, yo.
The Simpsons started under Ronald Reagan (The Tracey Ullman Show days…) and have continued under George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama. And look to continue under whatever crazy person wins come November. Democracy much like The Simpsons is uneven and not always at the level of quality we expect yet it’s always there.
Long as we have the freedom to laugh there is hope.
