My Summer Lair Chapter #154: What If You Roasted Cities Instead Of Humans?
We’re all used to the roasts of celebrities like Justin Bieber and Alec Baldwin.
But…what if you roasted cities instead? Helium Comedy Club proudly presents their Coast to Coast Roast aka CCR.
Kicking off on May 7th across 8 nights you can expect 16 episodes. 48 comedians from 24 markets will represent their respective cities and roast one another’s hometowns. This is gonna burn.
Participating cities arranged by division include: East Coast (Atlanta, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Miami, New York City), South/Central (Austin, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Nashville, St. Louis), Great Lakes (Buffalo, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Minneapolis, Toronto), West Coast (Denver, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, San Francisco).
Tickets for the roast and more information can be purchased at Helium Presents and the net proceeds are going to Mental Health America. That’s cool and so is this.

More than a stand up comic Pat’s written for Any Given Wednesday With Bill Simmons on HBO and The Comedy Central Roast of Alec Baldwin. His debut album Nice Jokes came out in 2014.
